The GP Registrar
We
are approved as a training practice for qualified doctors with hospital experience
who wish to become GPs under the supervision of Dr Champion, Dr Ellis, and Dr
Delhanty. The registrars will offer appointments at the same time as the other
partners. For training purposes they will sometimes conduct surgeries with their
supervisor sitting in on the session. If you are unhappy with this arrangement
the second doctor will be happy to leave the room on request. We sometimes videotape
the surgeries for training purposes. This will only occur with your signed consent
and the tapes will be only be used for training within the building. If you are
unhappy about this just say so and the camera will be switched off. If you decline
to be filmed or to have a second doctor present it will not in any way effect
your treatment. Most examinations will not be filmed.
