Late surgeries are available 18.30 to 20.30 on Wednesday and Thursday by appointment.
(The surgery is not otherwise open at these times)
Emergencies - Including Out Of Hours
If you have a life threatening emergency dial 999. Dial 999 for chest pain
or signs of a stroke. For other emergencies during working hours, please telephone
the surgery on 01452 522709 and the staff will alert a doctor or practice nurse.

closing period, your call will be passed to an answering service who will advise
you and pass the call to us when necessary

SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
We strive to give you the best possible
care and attention and the doctors will gladly receive any comments, suggestions
or complaints about the practice. If you are not entirely satisfied with any
aspect of our service, or wish to make a suggestion, please contact our Practice
Administrator Pat Moreton or the practice manager Simon Colbeck.
If your complaint is more pressing,
and this cannot be dealt with at the time by one of the doctors or one of our
receptionists, please ask to speak to the practice manager. If you are unsure
whether to make a complaint but would like to resolve an issue you can call the
Community Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). Our Comments and Complaints
Leaflet, Practice Charter and In-House Complaints Procedure contain more information
and are available in the waiting room. |
